HYPERS ROR updates

As of 12/05/2022, a two-dimensional version of a hybrid code called HYPERS version 2021 (kinetic ion/fluid electron) is available to the research community through the CCMC Runs-On-Request service.  The model allows users to choose the interplanetary magnetic field, solar wind speed, temperature, and density.
