CTIPe 4 updates at the CCMC

The Coupled Thermosphere Ionosphere Plasmasphere Electrodynamics Model (CTIPe) model version 4 is now running at the CCMC in near real-time under the Continuous Run Framework.

Output of the CTIPe 4 real-time runs is available on the ISWA data tree, and plots can be viewed via the following ISWA cygnet.
